This is a small ramen joint, in Honolulu. There are several sides they can do that are gluten free, and the only ramen that is celiac safe is the vegetarian with potato noodles, without an egg. This was seriously a huge treat for me. I can’t remember the last time I had ramen. So so good! Amazing food, and an amazing staff. Everyone that talked to us and served us was exceptionally nice. It felt good just to be there. A very welcoming inviting feel with comfort food. I recommend this place one thousand percent. We will be going back before we head home. Another thing to mention- on the reservation app in the notes I mentioned “gluten free please”. So when the waiter took us to our table he gave me a hand written list of everything I could eat. They are thoughtful and knowledgeable. Super appreciated.
