This was the best burger I have had in a while and the gluten free bun made it even better. If you haven’t been before, they are homemade buns so they look way more legit than a prepackaged udis bun. We asked our server to confirm that all fries, tots, etc are made in a dedicated fryer and it was such a good and filling meal.

I have 2 children with celiac, one who has severe cross contamination issues, and we ate safely! Waiter was great at checking things and even brought out a new ketchup so there wasn’t a chance of cross contamination!

Visited Feb 2024 when in Waikiki. Son is very sensitive and we had no issues. They have a dedicated fryer and GF bun. They are very aware and ensure there is bo cross contamination.

Son had simple burger w/cheese and fries so not sure about other menu items.

Our server was a little kooky but very helpful when answering questions. Confirmed there is a dedicated fryer for the fries, and that they notify the kitchen the same way they do an allergy. They also put my burger onto a plate instead of the tray. I’m not sure if it’s a way to mark that it’s gluten free or if it is a way to keep it from coming into contact with the tray (I would assume they wash them so I don’t know why that would need to be a thing. The food wasn’t bad and the price can’t be beat. A quick and easy place to grab food when at the mall.

Gluten free bun with the Our Burger. Wahl sauce is gluten free. No dedicated fryer. Very good.

So safe, so good. Fries in gluten free fryer. Took celiac/allergy seriously. Waiter said they would change gloves without me even asking.

Great, safe spot to get a quick burger and fries. The burger was absolutely delicious. I not only have celiac, but I’m super allergic and I had no reaction whatsoever. The only negative thing I have to say is that it is six dollars for one fountain soda, which is just ridiculous.

The staff very knowledgeable, they have a separate gf frier, and waitress knew what sauces are gf. They have gf buns but I just got my burger on salad. I did get fries too. Been about 3 hrs no symptoms.
