Fries and tots in a dedicated frier. Very careful about cross contamination (gf bread on burger grill instead of with other bread, melt left uncut to avoid cc, etc). Burger and tots were delicious too!

The burger was great. For an extra fee they offer gf buns, bread and croutons but I didn’t get any. The fries and tater tots are gf fries separately. Downside is a lot a fried food.

Food was delicious! They have a dedicated fryer for both fries and tater tots to prevent cross contamination. They also offer GF buns, breads and croutons for $1 extra and make note on ticket if it’s due to an allergy. If your not into the bun, they have all burgers in salad form as well. The waiter was knowledgeable and accommodating. Also the pineapple chipotle margarita was great to!

At first staff did not know they had a separate fryer so had them check. All fries are done in a separate fryer bun was good, a little large for the house burger but good. Will be back!

Gluten-free buns. Separate fryer for tater tots so tots are gluten-free.

Gluten free, but really lousy food. Tater tots were cold, burger was delivered wrong. On re-order of burger, got it much later and it was really poor. Bun was clearly a frozen Udi's, burger was flavorless and dull. Skip it and go to shake shack instead.

Dedicated fryer and buns, but there’s no confirmation when you get takeout. So you come home, look at the bun, and wonder - is this a GF bun? They need to provide the proper label or indicator as I don’t believe the takeout receipt provides this confirmation either.

I feel so torn righting this review. They were so solicitous and helpful with my daughter's Celiac needs. The manager came out to talk to us, and then we were told he prepared her meal separately. They have 4 fryers, two are GF, practically everything can be made GF using GF hamburger buns, hot dog buns, and bread. My daughter had a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon on GF bread and yukon fries. They even brought her two, since of course GF bread is so much smaller! After all that, though, she was still glutened, started feeling sick in the restaurant, and she's been sick all day today. Maybe it was the bacon?? Anyway, please be aware.

This place is absolutely fantastic. Everyone is very aware of Celiac and cross-contamination. They have a dedicated fryer for fries and tator tots and say they make things separate and are very careful if you tell them its for an allergy. I would 100% recommend.

I eat here every time I am in Myrtle Beach. They have a dedicated fryer so I can get the fries and the gluten free buns are delicious! Never have I gotten sick. The staff is great and knowledgeable. During peak season, it’s crazy busy, but off season it’s just very relaxing.

They gave us all wheat filled food after saying they understood celiac. When confronted with the mistake the worker said “you said celiac not gluten free.” Enough said. My mom was very sick as she took a bite before I noticed our food looked like wheat bread not gf. Not safe. Update: It’s been forever now and they ACTED genuine towards the incident at first then literally ghosted us and acted like we didn’t exist. They didn’t even offer us a lousy gift card or any apologies. Terrible company, terrible people. I don’t think someone going into anaphylaxis could fix them without them first being sued for it. Not safe for any allergies.

Cashier was very accommodating will my celiac concerns. They have a gluten free bun, one can confirm it is in fact GF because it will have white speckles on the top (preservatives). Good bun and does not fall apart too easily. They have two fryers, one just for the waffle fries (caliac safe). They fry all their breaded ingredients in the other fryer.

Dedicated fryer for their French fries and gluten free buns. The waitress was very knowledgeable and helpful - and confirmed when they delivered my meal that everything was gluten free. They also brought me individual ketchup packets so there was no cross contamination from the bottle on the table.

Gluten free tater tots and fries. The burger was great, but was impossibly dry but it was nice to have a gluten free option. They're careful with cross contamination and I've never had a reaction. As a plus, they don't judge you for just getting fries to go :)

One star for having a GF bun. The rest was a disaster. We were on the takeout side and could see the craziness of the kitchen. The cashier had no idea about GF, the fryer, or any questions we had. We asked to speak to a manager....and we got the most uninterested manager who just nodded and said “yup” to all my questions while backing away the whole time. My husband ordered hesitantly while I left and ordered GF BBQ for my son from another restaurant. When we got home we checked our bag and everything was wrong. We did have one burger with a GF bun. We had no onion rings that we had ordered, we had an additional 3 burgers that we didn’t order, and my “plant-based” burger was made of meat. Sigh. I was so excited to try this restaurant. We won’t be back.

I went to the location inside Ford Field. It’s on the club level, so it may not be accessible to all people who attend events there. Before I got in line, I checked with the manager to see if they had gluten free buns and a dedicated fryer like the main restaurant locations. He went into the kitchen to check on the bun situation for me, because sometimes, they run out. I was lucky, and they had plenty, plus he said they also use a dedicated fryer. There was nothing fried on the menu other than fries and tots, so I had no reason to doubt him. I ate my delicious meal, and felt great afterwards. I was a little nervous about needing to eat at Ford Field, but this Wahlburgers location made me feel much better!

They served us all wheat food even though our ticket stated allergies, celiac, gluten, dairy. When I said something to staff he laughed and stated you didn’t say you can’t have wheat. They were going to remake the food and I said no. They gave us back our money but management has yet to respond. It’s been approximately 5 months. I have reached out to Wahlburgers multiple times both via email and phone. An Admin called me that was it. They don’t take allergies seriously and they obviously don’t care.

I had a hamburger on an Udi’s bun. The hamburger patty was delicious however the fries tasted dry. (At least they have a dedicated fryer.) This restaurant is located within the ”downtown” section of Owa. A great place to grab a bite to eat and walk around.

This is my first time eating at Wahlburgers and really happy to know they have gluten free options for buns, bread and croutons! I have gluten sensitivity so it was nice to know that I was able to enjoy my meal without feeling left out when hanging with my boyfriend. Anyone who has celiac or non celiac sensitivity... this is a gluten free friendly place, just let the staffs know when ordering!

The waitress was very knowledgeable about celiac disease and gave good recommendations. The bbq burger was good and the GF bun was delicious as well. Unfortunately their bbq sauce is it GF. I was bummed because I love bbq sauce! I substituted for the Wahl sauce instead. The fried and tots are cooked in a separate fryer so they are GF which is a rare find!

I came here a year ago without any problems. However, I went there last night and found a different experience. First of all, they were busy. We had to sit in the upper floor, which meant we had to go up to the counter and order our own food without waiter/waitress assistance. This made me nervous. So I ordered my burger and sweet potato tots (dedicated fryer). I tested all of the food together with my Nima, and of course found gluten. I had noticed what looked like some carmelized onion stuck to my GF bun, so I surely added that. I showed the Nima result to the manager, and he said it should be GF; if I didn’t want that, I could get a salad or something else, but that was one of their pretty safe bets. I decided to test just the tots again, and they returned no gluten found. I didn’t have another test capsule to test the burger again separately, so we got our money refunded for the burger. Needless to say, I was disappointed. They need to tighten up their attention to detail on their GF process.

No dedicated GF menu, but offer GF bread and buns (my waiter asked me to specify which one I wanted). I’m intolerant, but not Celiac, so typically as long as I don’t actively eat gluten I’m OK, and I’ve eaten at this location a few times with no issue, but unfortunately my luck ran out, and I reacted to something I ate here. :(

The location does have a dedicated dryer, but the wait staff was not confident in what they suggested. The turkey burger is brought in, so they could not confirm if was GF. Their beef is GF. The fries are GF if you tell them to use the GF fryer. They do have GF buns. Overall, there are better places to go in Toronto.
