There’s nothing marked on the menu, but the waitress was super knowledgeable and was very willing to help us figure out what we could order. The chef reports back to the waitress on what he can/cannot do and we were very satisfied that they tried their best to accommodate what we wanted. We got the salmon (topped with a bourbon sauce) and a side of green beans and garlic mashed potatoes. My dad got some ribs and potatoes. Was a great experience overall and we did not get sick!

Best Celiac Friendly Burger and Staff!!! Even the bun wasn’t too bad. The flavors just burst in your mouth from the first bite to the last! I think is sounded out Mmmmm with every mouth full! The staff and management were on top of it all to make sure no cross contamination...I even had a 2 hr drive home afterwards and no issues at all!

Great GF menu. Nice selection of options. And a GF beer that isn’t Redbridge was a nice touch.

Staff is super nice. Breakfast Buffet unsafe even though server claimed bacon & potatoes were. - Ordered a Swiss/mushroom made to order omelet had severe reaction 20 minutes after eating - 🤢

Overall food was tasty and staff very gf knowledgeable. The only problem we had was extremely slow service and mixup on getting started salad. Took an hour to get first food. We think this must be due to shift change. We like to go to restaurants for late lunch or early dinner to avoid crowds. Apparently they are not staffed for mid day. Restaurant was mostly empty and they told us half hour to sit in restaurant or sit in bar area right away. Bartender did not do a good job of keeping our order moving with the kitchen. Also, they are in a hotel, so the bar area people kept walking through the bar from lobby to get outside as a shortcut for some reason. We had time, so wasn't an issue for us, but be aware of your timing.
The staff did an excellent job and were very knowledgeable
Once again, they delivered a FANTASTIC experience! There’s a dedicated gluten free menu with plenty of options. The wait staff is knowledgeable and if you inform them of your allergy, they fill out an allergy form so the kitchen staff takes all the necessary precautions to make your meal gluten free. Then a manager delivers the meal after ensuring it was prepared properly. I’ve never felt safer eating at a restaurant!

Ordered takeout and ended up with someone else's gluten filled meal despite me confirming with the cashier. I called back and they connected me with the manager. He was very apologetic and brought the correct meal to me at my nearby hotel. My next experience dining in was much better. Waiter seemed very careful and knowledgable re: GF.
Update: another terrible service experience. Again, the manager was apologetic but be very leery that they understand what gf is, particularly when ordering carry out.
Super impressed! A separate gluten free menu, waiters place a red allergen card along with you order & a manager delivers your meal after checking it was prepared gluten free.
I had the filet, garlic mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and...gluten free brownie a la mode. It was all delicious!
Take great precautions to keep choices safe - chef double checks your order. Had GF French onion soup, chicken skewers and grilled asparagus. Tasted great and no issues.
Yes
Delicious burger but gf bun very dry and fell apart. I was happy as don't often get offered a gf bun. Manager always brings gf food to the table for you.
The staff and kitchen take gluten allergies very seriously and make sure to follow strict protocol. The GF bun was a little crumbly but still delicious!
Weber Grill has a gluten-free menu with many options for entrees - BBQ, burgers, salads, etc. Unfortunately the fries and chips are in the same frier as foods with gluten. Weber Grill has Udi's bread for a BBQ sandwich or burger. The food is delicious!!
Steaks were really good, French onion soup can be done gluten free! Burgers were good too. Mashed sweet potatoes are a don't miss option!

Terrible service and even worse food!

YUM!! Great food. Great prices. Brisket was to die. Staff very celiac knowledgeable. Eat with confidence. GF brownie dessert too. Good for whole family.

First night in Chicago, stumbled upon this place and was delighted. Incredible brisket and a lovely glass of red wine. Very friendly staff who clearly knew the importance of gluten free.
A special colored ticket is utilized in the kitchen for dietary needs and is signed off by the head chef. The manager also delivers your meal specifically! Many options, including a tasty brownie dessert, and fantastic service!!!

Large portions and food was good. Took gluten free seriously and we had an enjoyable lunch.

Fabulous Restaurant that takes Celiac GF and allergies seriously. Great GF menu. Delicious food. They do not have fries that are safe.

This might be the greatest place I've been to in years. Made an account just to review it. Felt safe here and the food was AMAZING. Get the brisket it's so good.
Yes
Separate GF menu with several choices (including BBQ). Manager serves plates confirming GF preparation. Slow service, though.
Yes
Ordered a burger with gf bun. It was amazing! Cooked perfectly and the bun was soft and warm.
I have celeacs so i HAVE to be gluten free. Weber Grill has very knowledgeable staff and great gluten free options. Their team are trained in allergens and they take it very seriously. I ate with confidence and had a burger, WITH A BUN, and loved every bite. 5 stars!
Yes
Great meal. They take 'allergies' very seriously. No worries here and great food. Gf beer and cider too.
Yes
very knowledgeable, each meal labeled with what the allergy is when delivered to kitchen. dedicated gf menu. manager doesn't even let regular servers deliver the plate to the table to avoid contamination. Fantastic!

Lots of GF options and knowledgeable staff. I had a delicious meal and would definitely go back!

The waitress was very knowledgable and put my order on a red tag. The manager brought me my food and told me that everything should be fine. I double checked with the waitress because she said I couldn't have the sauce and there was one on the side on my plate. Turns out the sauce was a bourbon sauce. Otherwise I was totally fine even though I am super sensitive to cross contamination.

I'm so glad I tried Weber Grill. As others have noted, as soon as I said I had Celiac Disease, the server wrote up a special red ticket for my order. The manager stopped by and was friendly. I sat in the booths next to the prep line, and I got a little nervous as I watched staff use the same tongs to plate cornbread and meat, but I watched them plate my order and they were very careful with it. They used clean utensils and a supervisor watched over the process. I hate having to be so vigilant, but it is what it is, right? I had surf and turf with a baked potato. It was outstanding. I'd definitely go back.
Yes
It was a wonderful experience for me! As soon as I walked in I told them I had celiac disease and they made a special allergy red slip to let them know I had celiac. There was a gluten free menu they gave out and they had a lot of options I ordered the ribs and mashed potatoes and they were delicious. I totally recommend this place for gluten free people!
Yes
Great experience here! I ordered takeout and as soon as I said gluten allergy, the girl working the takeout window got out a red allergy ticket that she wrote my order on. The ticket then had to be signed off on by the head chef before my food was made, so I felt they handled it very well. And to top it all off, my food was AMAZING. The ribs were some of the best I've ever had.
Yes
Good number of gluten free options. I had NO reactions. Ordered the filet and garlic mashed potatoes. Both were excellent. Also ordered the appetizer special, grilled buffalo shrimp with pecan blue cheese slaw. The slaw was unique and DELICIOUS. It is available as a side.
Yes
A whole, giant GF menu!!! Soups, salads, burgers, steaks, fish, chicken, etc. Udis buns with burgers. It's so nice coming to a place like this! I recommend.
I've eaten here three times now and have had a great experience each time. There is a good selection on the GF menu, and they offer Udi's buns for their burgers. I just wish that they would make the fries GF or add more side options.
Yes
Great food!!
Excellent meal! They have a dedicated gluten free menu. Lots of choices. I highly recommend it.
Yes
The menu is always changing, and they change their gluten free bun brands every 6mo-1yr. Every time I go its a different experience, but the servers are great and there's nothing better than that fresh grill taste! They are very knowledgeable about how to safely prepare gluten free meals for the very sensitive and I have never had an issue here ever.
I would give it 6 stars if possible! Huge gluten free menu with everything from appetizers to desserts. My entire meal start to finish was brought out by the manager and it was amazing! Definitely will go back when I'm in town again!
During a visit in 2011, had a great GF dining experience. Another visit in August,2012 wasn't do great. The GF bun on my burger was still frozen and completely indelible. Server didn't handle well manager never intervened.
Have eaten here twice. Ribs were very good and GF. I would not recommend the burgers, mine was undercooked and the bun was not eatable! Hard and dense. Service was average at best.
My son ordered a kid's GF burger and fruit cup. Unfortunately, our waitress didn't write down the GF part and they brought him a regular burger. We returned it and a manager promptly brought a new burger on a GF bun which was hard and flaky so he didn't even eat it. Might be a good place to eat at a less busy time of day.
Great food, great service, excellent gf menu!

I was visiting Chicago and I saw this restaurant had gluten free options on their menu so I thought that I would try it out because usually restaurants that have gluten free labeled on their menus are safe. But all I can tell you is I came here and got the salmon with dill carrots and mashed potatoes, all which I am usually safe with getting at most restaurants and I got SO SICK! All I can tell you is if you have celiac you definitely should NOT come here and I wish I would have read some of the reviews sooner.
