Also the E Sunshine location...After some training & my talking to the Mgr, they go above & beyond to make it safe for us to eat there! Haven't had an issue since I called the Mgr 2 yrs ago now. Can have any grilled meat w/o bun, can have cheese, & veggies (no mayo due to spatula being used). Can also have any salad & most dressings as well as their Chili!Tell them bread allergy & they should change their gloves automatically. We ask anyway just to be sure they do in case there's a new employee that forgets to do it.

I just found out the chilli is gluten and dairy free! So are the salads, as they are made fresh. The general manager was very knowledgeable and helpful here!

According to their website, Wendy’s offers bunless burgers and they claim their chili is gluten free as well as their fries & Frosty’s. I have eaten all of it with no issues.

Most options are not safe from cross contamination, but you can get the hamburgers without a bun and get lettuce instead. Fries are made in a shared fryer so they are not celiac friendly but are not made with any gluten containing ingredients. Decent option if you are not at risk with cross contamination, but options are quite limited.
