You need to check the allergen listing yourself using a tablet mounted to the wall. I requested a glove change and allergen alert but suspect I got neither. However, I have celiac disease and am super sensitive and did not get sick. I had a baked potato and chicken salad.

I just found out the chilli is gluten and dairy free! So are the salads, as they are made fresh. The general manager was very knowledgeable and helpful here!

According to their website, Wendy’s offers bunless burgers and they claim their chili is gluten free as well as their fries & Frosty’s. I have eaten all of it with no issues.

Most options are not safe from cross contamination, but you can get the hamburgers without a bun and get lettuce instead. Fries are made in a shared fryer so they are not celiac friendly but are not made with any gluten containing ingredients. Decent option if you are not at risk with cross contamination, but options are quite limited.
