Nobody that works here knows what their gluten free options are. They refer you to their website. Don't list restaurants on this website if they aren't truly gluten free or if their employees don't have a clue what gluten free items are! I'm sure there's only two options...can't be hard to remember or train your employees.

Nice to have a gluten safe fast food option. Baked potato and chili with a frosty makes a great lunch for a celiac on the go.

Wendy's does not have a gluten free menu, but they do list wheat in their allergen guide online. Some locations have dedicated fryers for fries, so please check with the employees each time you visit a location.
These are what I get without reaction: • Burgers or GRILLED chicken sandwich as a lettuce wrap (no crispy onion burgers of course) ·Baked potatoes (cheesy bacon and chive kind are both fine ·chilli (no crackers of course) ·grilled chicken salad - they now include gluten free cheese crisps in a bag instead of croutons at some locations. • Fries - I have had a reaction from other Wendy’s locations tho, but never at this one.

I asked if they had anything other than salad that was gluten free and they offered me a lettuce wrap. I got grilled chicken, it came with tomato, spinach and thousand island dressing. Great taste. New local favorite

Ordered a Apple Chicken Salad, I did not get sick. There is an online menu that tells you what allergens are in the item.
