They are very accommodating towards my coeliac disease and ensured me that there would be no cross contamination and were very enthusiastic about having a separate fryer just for non-gluten items, as an on top bonus, the food was fresh and tasty :)

I was traveling to Thirsk for vacation from the USA. The host of my Airbnb told me about the gluten-free fish and chips. I was pretty excited because I had really wanted to try this iconic dish in the UK but didn’t know how easy it would be to find a gluten-free option. The portion was huge, and so delicious!! Definitely met my expectations. And the price was very reasonable. It is a takeout or delivery place so no seating but I just took it back to my Airbnb and enjoyed it there.

Fish and chips cooked in a dedicated fryer located in a separate room by a person who does not serve/cook on the regular fryer ranges. The food is brought to the counter ready wrapped and labelled as GF.
