Review of Wheatfields Bistro & Wine Bar

I have silent celiac (no digestive symptoms). I ate here about once a week for over two years, assuming it was celiac safe.

Then I tested the supposedly gluten free Marguerita pizza and also the supposedly gluten free Market Entree salad (no added protein). Gluten was detected in both! The salad only had greens and vegetables so probably the cutting board or knife was cross-contaminated.

Loved their food but won’t risk going back.
