Thanks to a recent reviewer, we asked last night whether the chip fryer has floured (gluten) cooked with the chips. The restaurant menu board marks the chips as gluten free. They are not, and other menu items marked gluten free are also cooked in the fryer the Manager said. Manager said the fryer was hot enough to kill the gluten proteins making it SAFE. Of course that is false. If Celiac, avoid this place.
