Food is really good and they have dedicated gf fryers. My 10 year has celiac and he said his burger was one of the best he’s had. He also got a gf cookie. The staff is also super friendly.

Found this place on the app and looked like a safe place for my daughter. It was terrific, she got a burger and said the roll was one the best she has had.

Gluten free fryers meant she was able to have fries, they even had gluten free cookies and whoopie pies and the staff was very knowledgeable.

Great little burger place. I had a “burger over fries- no bun” and it was delicious. The smash burger patty was well seasoned and crispy- and the toppings were good. I’ve never had anything like it before, but it was hit the spot after a day of exploring the Kancamagus.

Knowledgeable and informative staff. And they ensured the kitchen staff knew I was celiac, so extra precautions. We got a burger, a turkey burger, and a chicken Parm, with wicked truffle fries. The sandwiches were very good. We did take out, so the fries suffered by the time we ate (20+ minutes later. That timespan is not recommended even with microwave). The gf buns were good enough. I think the only thing at the restaurant not gf were gluten buns, but they said they were not warmed up on the same grille as the GF food. I did a nima test on the food and sauce, and all were negative.

It's very popular, so a choice by non Celiacs too. I recommend this restaurant for on-premise meals, or short distance takeout.

Thank you sorry about the fries!! Unfortunately because the are not coated with gluten and preservatives they tend to loose the crispness after a little while.

Got a turkey burger on lettuce, they have gluten free buns for an extra $2.50. I didn’t get glutened so that’s amazing, but they could have been a little bit more accommodating. The cashier didnt seem to know what celiac disease was, and I asked if they changed gloves and everything, and she seemed super confused. Luckily a nice guy from the kitchen overheard and came over and told me they are good about avoiding cross contamination. There was no indication of allergy or gluten free on the receipt or the food when it came out, so was a little nerve racking but I didn’t get glutened.

If you tell us you are celiac we do write it on the ticket and we are very careful with our handling of the GF items we use separate trays we change gloves we have dedicated fryers as well as our flattop cooking surface. Our pleasure

This is a great place and the owner spoke directly with our party of eight. We were very reassured that all possible precautions are taken to make our food safe. Most of the menu is gf or can be made gf. We have visited many times but with our last visit we were given a sample of their fried chicken. I guess I had always assumed that a breaded chicken would not be gf. It was a delightful surprise. There is a dedicated gf fryer and cooktop. Great stop for a burger/fries type of menu. It has always been busy when we are there, but service is quick and efficient.

The Blue Barn burger & fries were delicious and I didn't have any issues. We dined in and my order came out on a separate test that the staff ID'd as gluten free. They had several other options as well, including ciders and whoopee pies. A little pricey, even by North Conway standards, but the food is excellent and it allows are to be a good gluten-free option, which there aren't a lot of in this area.
