Review of Wicked Fresh Craft Burgers

Got a turkey burger on lettuce, they have gluten free buns for an extra $2.50. I didn’t get glutened so that’s amazing, but they could have been a little bit more accommodating. The cashier didnt seem to know what celiac disease was, and I asked if they changed gloves and everything, and she seemed super confused. Luckily a nice guy from the kitchen overheard and came over and told me they are good about avoiding cross contamination. There was no indication of allergy or gluten free on the receipt or the food when it came out, so was a little nerve racking but I didn’t get glutened.

Hello hally7423 that girl had just started and there is a lot of information we give to our employees to ensure quality as well as piece of mind. If you tell us you are celiac we do write it on the ticket and we are very careful with our handling of the GF items we use separate trays we change gloves we have dedicated fryers as well as our flattop cooking surface.
