Best experience at a buffet I could ask for. The chef walked me around the buffet and told me everything that was safe to eat (even though it was also labeled). He offered to make me gluten-free French toast, pizza, bone marrow, salads, and more in the back for even more gluten-free options. Most items are already plated too so no worries about shared utensils touching items.
