Fantastic GF options throughout the entire buffet! All staff members I spoke with were well versed in GF options and even made suggestions- the GF chocolate chip cookies are amazing! Tons of options, and they will even make anything for you GF too!

The chef came out and gave me a full tour of the buffet to point out what was safe to eat. He was able to make a fully GF version of almost everything I wanted. I had French toast and a pizza made. They also had a pretty decent selection of GF desserts: gelato, cookies, cupcakes, tapioca, creme brûlée. (Can you tell that I love desserts?) I was really pleased with this buffet.

Alex head Chef was great he personally walked me around and showed me my options. I was throughly impressed at nearly half items here are gluten free. Im GF and Celiac and scared to eat at buffets. Their staff is trained and made me feel like they cared so I would not get sick.

Buffet inside the cosmopolitan. Excellent! When arriving the chef Alex came out to our table and took me for a tour around the kitchen and buffet and showed me all the gluten free items... the items are all labeled on the buffet but he personally takes you on a tour to show you... they will also make any items you would like. They have a make as you order pasta and pizza station and they told me they will make me anything on the station with GF pasta or GF pizza crust. The pizza crust was AWESOME! The desert buffet had about 10-12 GF items as well. They have the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever had and they are GF!!! The chef also said he controls his cooking and and he controls his staff but he can not control cross contamination from guests however if anything on the buffet is in question he will personally make it in the back. The Asian buffet part was all made with GF soy sauce so the Asian dishes like fried rice was really good and GF. Would never hesitate to eat here again! Will be visiting dinner here during our trip! Overly impressed!

Loved Wicked Spoon! Alex the chef took my son and I around and showed us all of the gluten-free options. There were a bunch of desserts, Pizza, noodles, and so many other things. We both had no reaction except overeating. Highly suggested!!

Food was good but I was only able to eat a few vegetables and some rice. Lots of gf options but not a lot of dairy free options. No one asked about dietary restrictions and I didn’t get a chefs tour.

Everything Gluten Free is labeled. They are very communicative. They are friendly and helpful but even without that everything was clearly labeled with a GF label. If you are a vegan or vegetarian there are some limits on options and it isn’t worth the money but if you are an omnivore it’s easily the best for variety and safety. I enjoyed my meal and did not get sick. I would recommend to any celiac.

Chef Alex walked me through the buffet pointing out which foods are gluten free, which was a lot.For foods that arent GF on the line he can make them personally for you. Never thought as a Celiac I would ever eat at a buffet. I will be coming back here every time! Highly recommend here. Thank you chef Alex!

Everything is marked GF if it’s gluten free. There are tons of options. The chef walked us through and told us which of the items not marked GF could be specially made for us. They have most of the time, but chef did say not 100% of the time, gluten free French toast and pancakes. Just ask. Even the Poke bowls can be made gf!

I’m AIP so my dining out options are EXTREMELY limited. Buffet is the last place I should be but based on all the positive reviews I thought I’d give it a shot. Glad I did! As other reviewers said, Chef walked me around to point out AIP compliant foods. He also made me a special poke bowl and cooked up some salmon, both prepared in non contaminated areas. Chef was familiar with autoimmune diets as a close relative of his is on the same diet. This eating out experience touched my heart - again, I don’t get to eat out much so this was very special.

Didn’t get sick! Even with all of the good reviews I still felt dubious, but really most things that are GF are so separated from things with gluten that the risk of cross contamination is low. The chef took me around and seemed to have a low understanding of cross contamination (said I could take the croutons off of a salad to make it GF), but I explained what I needed and she understood. They will make you pasta and pizza and Asian dishes special. The pizza is excellent! It honestly looks better than the regular gluten pizza. But they do bring you a whole pizza and it’s SO much food. The food itself is good, but once you’ve been to one casino buffet you’ve been to them all. Get the caprese salad!

This is a tale of two meals... Our first visit was wonderful, as described in the other reviews. Chef Adrian gave us a tour of the buffet and many items are gluten free. They seemed to have thought of everything, even the bread under the bacon to soak up the greese is GF. They prepared a special order of GF French toast and there were no problems. We enjoyed it so much, we went back for breakfast the next day, but this time the result was very different... Within 20 minutes my wife was very unwell. The only difference was that on the second occasion she didn't watch them prepare her French toast; was can only assume that there was some cross contamination.

I told them I had celiac, the chef came out and introduced himself to everyone at our table and then toured me around every possible option I had on the buffet. Every item is labeled, but he explained everything further and suggested that if I had any reservations about food that was nearby or the utensils used, to ask the workers and they would make a separate plate just to be safe. Unbelievable number of options, and the head chef checked in several times. He made me a separate pizza and tuna bowl, and both were amazing. Offered GF pasta for any pasta dish. Multiple dessert options, not my favorite part of the buffet, but everything else was so good it didn’t matter. Will return, worth the cost to have so many great options!

Absolutely brilliant. Went after I saw all the reviews here, and was even better than I was expecting. I asked the waitress about the gluten free options and she had one of the chefs come out and walk me through the entire selection and pointed out which were gluten free and which could be amended on request to be gluten free. Everything was also clearly marked. Unfortunately none of the cocktails are gluten free (shame), but the waitress knew that without even needing to check, so they definitely knew their stuff. Everything I tried was amazing quality, no pity-GF-food here

I was taken around the entire buffet by the head chef and shown everything that was gluten free and safe for me to eat. We went at 9:30am and even then there was an impressive selection, meat station was filled, separate GF dessert bar, breakfast food station had the bacon laying over gluten free bread, which I appreciated. Everything was exquisite in taste. He even made me my own incredibly satisfying cauliflower crust margarita pizza! My husband raved over the scrambled eggs, said they were the best he’s ever eaten in a restaurant. I didn’t get sick so we will definitely be going back to this gem every time we visit Las Vegas, highly recommend!

I am coming here every time I come to Vegas from now on! Soooo many options and so accommodating. They could make most anything gf by request! The pizza, pasta, poke bowls, French toast, breakfast sandwich, they’ll special make the Asian food, they only use gf soy sauce, and the previous reviews about the chocolate chop cookies..... omg they’re not lying! The German chocolate cupcake was amazing too. They were accommodating getting me fresh honey butter from the back that wasn’t contaminated with bread crumbs too.

If I could give this place 100000 stars, I would. I was dx'd with celiac two years ago. In that time I have not been able to eat at a buffet and have had to reduce where/what I eat.

Chef Alex came out and walked me through the buffet. He clearly understood cross contamination/cross contact as he was walking me through the entire buffet. After walking me through the buffet, Chef Alex came out and checked on me to check how everything was going. At no point did I feel rushed or as if I was wasting his time.

When you go to the buffet, simply tell your server that you have a GF allergy. They will take care of you from there.

Without a doubt best dining experience I had during my 4 day visit! I was given a tour by the chef outlining all the items that are gluten free and the ones that can be made to order. It appeared that most all items can be modified to accommodate GF. I ordered the GF french toast and eggs Benedict (made upon request) which were great. The chocolate chip cookies were my favorite desert as well as an assortment of fresh gelato. The assortment of food was amazing! I feel that the risk of cross contamination from utensils is very low based on the positioning of the food and individual portioned bowls/plates. The chefs/cooks seemed well educated on allergens. Most GF items are labeled.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. I cant remember the last time I went to a buffet. I am highly sensitive to x-contamination and i had ZERO issue after eating here. Upon check in I shared that I had celiac, I was asked if I’d like to meet with a chef to take me around. Yes please! He greeted us at our table & took me around to EVERY SINGLE STATION and pointed out what I could have as well as what he could make for me (gf french toast, gf pizza, pastas etc)- all I had to do was let him know! It was personalized and I felt catered to safely. There was gelato, a small GF only dessert area, all chinese food was cooked with tamari, breakfast, salads & fruit, meats (steak, chicken, sausages), potatoes, pizza & pasta - it was incredible. All food items have a tag showing the name of the item & in small print next to it you will see GF for all safe items (helps b/c otherwise I wouldnt have remembered everything). This is a must go & I left feeling well with a stuffed tummy :) Thank you Wicked Spoon!

I was hesitant given risk of cross contamination but a lot of things are in individual servings and some things given by servers. There are a few areas of possible cross contamination if someone uses a wrong tong but risk low. They will make you a fresh salad and gf pizza as well. You can get gf penne pasta but I did not. The chocolate chip cookies were to die for. I really wanted some gelato or sherbet but there was cross contamination in the containers so could not. I did not get sick and it was super yummy. A chef will come and take you around and show you what you can eat and it is marked as well.

The server asks the chef to come out and walk you through. Very aware and accommodating. Willing to make special requests. Lots of options! My only concern would be that people are serving themselves. And could the serving spoon touch gluten foods on their plate? But my son didn’t have a reaction and he’s fairly sensitive. Such a wonderful experience.

What a success! Mentioned my daughter was celiac at check in. Chef met us at the table and walked my daughter through the entire buffet to point out items that are gluten free. He then offered to make gluten free items in the kitchen per request - toast, pizza and French toast. She chose to eat buffet items only. There was a separate gf dessert area. The chocolate chip cookies were amazing! Items on the buffet are spread out nicely so we were not as concerned about cc - my daughter is very sensitive to cc and she had no reaction. Will definitely come back!

He said if I wanted to try some of the gf things that could get cross contaminated he would just make some in the back for me fresh. I asked what he recommended and he brought out a vegetable noodle dish and a fish soup and mussels he made fresh! I did not get sick and I'm really sensitive.

This place does a great job but you should walk around with the chef and my suggestion is to ask questions and be vigilant. Years ago, I would walk around with the chef here and he would also offer to make things for me in the back. Recently, I’ve noticed they have things marked as “GF” on the label describing the food item. One thing was marked GF but I noticed some crumbs on top that didn’t look right. That’s when I asked for the chef and I asked him and he asked the guys behind that counter. They had added toasted breadcrumbs to the top of the dish! They took the label down immediately. I have eaten at other buffets where the ingredients are different than the recipe the chef gives his cooks. I am very wary of buffets for these reasons.

We came here during New Year's weekend, and for a buffet, boy did this place not disappoint! My wife is gluten free, and there was a large selection of gluten free items. The hostess got us in touch with the head chef who went out of her way to explain and walk us through all of the gluten free items on the menu, and even offered to cook a special gluten free pasta and pizza for us! She was very knowledgeable about potential cross contamination, and all in all it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend this place for folks with Celiac.

We came around 2 pm and surprisingly there was no line. The buffet is a tad pricey but completely worth it for the awesome food selection.
