Absolutely delicious! Worth the money! This is a chef’s buffet that has a ton of gluten free options. All the options denote if they are GF. The chef walked me around to show me all the options and offered to cool me a gf French toast that was out of this world good!

I asked about gluten free options & the head chef came out & gave me a tour of every item. Most GF items are labeled ‘gf’ but he also suggested several to avoid bc of the risk of cross contamination. He made me gluten free French toast and yogurt parfait without the granola. He said his Mom has celiac, so he understood. Definitely try the homemade gluten free chocolate chip cookies! I had zero reaction, tasted amazing!

I’ve eaten here three time over the past 3-5 years. Each time the chef has come out and shared about what is gluten free. My most recent experience, he chatted with me about cross contamination concerned if I chose to get gelato and also confirmed they had a decimated fryer for their tortilla chips. Great good.

THIS IS A GODSEND! Soooo many gluten-free desserts, including the BEST chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had in my life! My husband even agreed it was better than the cookie with gluten.
I would say about half the buffet is labeled gluten free. Which is so much better than most places! Grateful to have had this experience.

Chocolate chip cookies and chocolate muffins soooo good. We didn’t ask to have anything made but did enjoy a lot of the brunch foods marked gf. Really liked the huevos rancheros.

A must for anyone with allergies and dietary restrictions! This is a MASSIVE buffet and everything is clearly marked with allergens. At the register you tell them about your dietary needs and when you get to your table a chef will come out to you. The chef walked the buffet withy girls and pointed out what was safe and if there was possible cross contact. Anything they wanted that we were afraid of cross contact, she made in the back for them. Between the two of them they had GF french toast, a huge omelet, fruit, yogurt, bacon. They left breakfast with full bellies and smiling faces. Hoping to try dinner before we leave LV.

The Wicked Spoon is a must for Celiac foodies in Vegas. Items are clearly labelled, and staff is always willing to help with poiting out GF options. In addition to the ‘pre-made’ offerings, don’t hesitate to request GF of on-demand items like french toast or pizza! Everything is SO delicious… make sure you are hungry when you go.

Went here for breakfast twice because it was so good and so safe. Both times as soon as I told the cashier and our server that I have Celiac disease, they contacted a chef to come out and walk me through my options. Both chefs I spoke to were careful to point out potential cross-contamination for certain dishes, which foods were fully safe, and specific things they could specially prepare for me to guarantee it was gluten free and no chance of contamination. I was incredibly impressed. The GF french toast, bone marrow, and steak & eggs were my favorites. I also made my wife laugh because of my stupid grin as I ate a few chocolate chip muffins...
If you want the cheese & charcuterie without chance of contamination, either get there at opening or make a specific request to a chef. I got there first thing and picked up some meats & cheeses before anyone else, then watched as several customers used the same utensils on crackers and everything.
Wicked Spoon was fantastic, staff was super knowledgeable and helpful, and I'll definitely go back on my next Vegas trip.

If you pick any buffet to hit up on the strip, make this one high on your list. When you check in, let the cashier know that you have a gluten allergy or celiac, and they will send a chef out to you. Their head chef walked me around to point out every single item that was safe for me and pointed to anything that is labeled GF, but should be avoided due to cross contamination. That being said, he pointed to a plethora of delicious foods that were very celiac friendly (items with no risk of CC)! Their kitchen took allergies very seriously, and the food options are phenomenal. Once I ate here the first time, I came right back because of how good it was. You could also go to specific stations and speak with the chef there and they would be happy to prepare you something safe for you to eat! Absolutely worth the visit!

What a great buffet! The chef walked me around to show me what I could eat which was a lot! Plus he told me there were several items they could make GF with alterations and were happy to do so. Many items come in their own separate containers. Delicious

Outstanding experience! Raj, the Chef, took me around and explained all the foods to me and what I could eat and what I could ask for from the staff to make accommodations. They had the absolute best gluten-free desserts as well. I am truly impressed.

Best experience at a buffet I could ask for. The chef walked me around the buffet and told me everything that was safe to eat (even though it was also labeled). He offered to make me gluten-free French toast, pizza, bone marrow, salads, and more in the back for even more gluten-free options. Most items are already plated too so no worries about shared utensils touching items.

I came here on a trip from NY.
I believe the staff are careful with their gluten free options. The chef walked me around and showed me what I could have as a celiac. Many of the options (including the omelette station) are completely gluten free. While I had a good experience dining, the next few days were filled with migraines. I believe there may have been some cross contamination somewhere.
The staff likely try their best. However it is a buffet, and you can’t really control what other customers do. Be advised.

Best buffet for celiacs in Vegas!! I am so full! I had gf French toast, cookies, cupcakes, crème brûlée, crab legs, lamb, prime rib, tacos, sushi (veggi only) Chinese, mashed potatoes, ‘fried’ shrimp, and more I can’t even remember. The chef walked me around but everything is labeled. Don’t miss it!

Went for breakfast and fantastic selection of foods. Everyone was happy with what was available. I was recently diagnosed with celiac and when I told my server about needing to know what was gluten free they brought the chef out who walked me to every station and pointed out what was GF and what could be made GF. He also offered (and I accepted) to make me a GF French toast which was absolutely delicious! Did not have any issues later so I believe they keep cross contamination low.

I'm typically not a buffet person as a Celiac, but have been to Wicked Spoon twice now (once a few days ago and once about two years ago) and haven't had any issues either time. Both times I alerted the hostess and our server that I'd like a walkthrough with the chef of GF items and he arrived at our table within 5 minutes of being seated. About 1/3 - 1/2 of the entire buffet is GF and they do seem to do a good job of separating the GF items from gluten items to avoid cross-contamination issues. (Most items are on small plates or in small bowls/containers to help avoid cross-contamination, and for food items where a serving spoon/tongs are involved, the food items are spaced out fairly well so it's clear which serving utensil to use.)
The chef said they have a dedicated fryer and workspace so things like the chips and guac and huevos rancheros were safe. The omelettes, most egg items, most of the carved meat section, smoked salmon, some potato items, various salads and fruit-based items, some of the hot pot/curry items, and a few desserts were all GF. I didn't try either of these (so full!) but the chef also said the Gyro meat is safe if it's served on a fried tortilla, and he'd be happy to make me GF french toast in the back in the GF area. The coffee is really strong and the service is outstanding.

I ate here four times during my week at a work convention. Chef took me around the first time to explain everything. Omelet station was totally GF. All GF items are clearly labeled. GF Chocolate chip cookies and mini cupcakes were very good and a special treat as most places don’t offer a GF dessert. I’m very sensitive and had no issues here.

For $45 for lunch buffet there was not a lot gluten free. 2 Soup, 2 salads, a taco. Prime rib , sirloin, crab legs, omelet, mashed potatoes. The taco was real good and they had 5 different gluten free desserts panacotta , chocolate chip cookie, pumpkin muffin, cream brûlée’ and gelato. I wouldn’t go back.

Really nice kind-of upscale buffet. Items are served in clever serving baskets/dishes. We felt safe eating here. Gluren free is clearly labeled. Note though, it is in subtle lighter print Above the name of the dish, not at bottom of label. We missed it at first. Also, let your server know you are gluten free and they can get custom orders for you. My wife ordered gluten free French toast brought to the table. She said it was reallly good. One caution, things that you think should be gf, like grits, may not be. So, make sure to look for the labelling. Oh, by the way, a lot of gf dessert options. If you arrive near end of breakfast, your 2 hour dining window will cover the changeover to brunch. Nice treat having crab legs after breakfast : - )

Eggs Benedict! Do you know how long it’s been since I have been able to eat that??!!? Then French toast. Then a pumpkin chia coconut parfait. Lots of variety. Chef walked me around and could make things not marked gluten free available to me with a few tweaks. No lack of flavor or texture here! Also, chef mentioned that all the Asian cuisine uses gluten free soy sauce. They’re gonna have to roll me out of here….so very full

This place does a great job but you should walk around with the chef and my suggestion is to ask questions and be vigilant. Years ago, I would walk around with the chef here and he would also offer to make things for me in the back. Recently, I’ve noticed they have things marked as “GF” on the label describing the food item. One thing was marked GF but I noticed some crumbs on top that didn’t look right. That’s when I asked for the chef and I asked him and he asked the guys behind that counter. They had added toasted breadcrumbs to the top of the dish! They took the label down immediately. I have eaten at other buffets where the ingredients are different than the recipe the chef gives his cooks. I am very wary of buffets for these reasons.

100% worth going to!! Ask for the chef to give you a tour of the gf foods, so that you know how to ask for things to be changed to be made gf. The chef even went beyond my expectations when i asked if they had a certain food item (they didnt) but he offered to try to make it anyways for me! Shocked! All the food is above and beyond in taste as well.

Very positive experience. The chef was happy to walk through the entire buffet - every station - with me! He noted that all GF items are clearly labeled. They only use GF soy sauce...this is amazing as that often keeps people with celiac from enjoying different dishes. They even made GF French toast for me! So nice & accommodating...we will be back!

Fantastic GF options throughout the entire buffet! All staff members I spoke with were well versed in GF options and even made suggestions- the GF chocolate chip cookies are amazing! Tons of options, and they will even make anything for you GF too!

The chef came out and gave me a full tour of the buffet to point out what was safe to eat. He was able to make a fully GF version of almost everything I wanted. I had French toast and a pizza made. They also had a pretty decent selection of GF desserts: gelato, cookies, cupcakes, tapioca, creme brûlée. (Can you tell that I love desserts?) I was really pleased with this buffet.

Alex head Chef was great he personally walked me around and showed me my options. I was throughly impressed at nearly half items here are gluten free. Im GF and Celiac and scared to eat at buffets. Their staff is trained and made me feel like they cared so I would not get sick.

Buffet inside the cosmopolitan. Excellent! When arriving the chef Alex came out to our table and took me for a tour around the kitchen and buffet and showed me all the gluten free items... the items are all labeled on the buffet but he personally takes you on a tour to show you... they will also make any items you would like. They have a make as you order pasta and pizza station and they told me they will make me anything on the station with GF pasta or GF pizza crust. The pizza crust was AWESOME! The desert buffet had about 10-12 GF items as well. They have the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever had and they are GF!!! The chef also said he controls his cooking and and he controls his staff but he can not control cross contamination from guests however if anything on the buffet is in question he will personally make it in the back. The Asian buffet part was all made with GF soy sauce so the Asian dishes like fried rice was really good and GF. Would never hesitate to eat here again! Will be visiting dinner here during our trip! Overly impressed!

Loved Wicked Spoon! Alex the chef took my son and I around and showed us all of the gluten-free options. There were a bunch of desserts, Pizza, noodles, and so many other things. We both had no reaction except overeating. Highly suggested!!
Food was good but I was only able to eat a few vegetables and some rice. Lots of gf options but not a lot of dairy free options. No one asked about dietary restrictions and I didn’t get a chefs tour.
Everything Gluten Free is labeled. They are very communicative. They are friendly and helpful but even without that everything was clearly labeled with a GF label. If you are a vegan or vegetarian there are some limits on options and it isn’t worth the money but if you are an omnivore it’s easily the best for variety and safety. I enjoyed my meal and did not get sick. I would recommend to any celiac.
Chef Alex walked me through the buffet pointing out which foods are gluten free, which was a lot.For foods that arent GF on the line he can make them personally for you. Never thought as a Celiac I would ever eat at a buffet. I will be coming back here every time! Highly recommend here. Thank you chef Alex!

Everything is marked GF if it’s gluten free. There are tons of options. The chef walked us through and told us which of the items not marked GF could be specially made for us. They have most of the time, but chef did say not 100% of the time, gluten free French toast and pancakes. Just ask. Even the Poke bowls can be made gf!

Chef was amazingly kind and helpful, explaining ingredients and even making a few dishes to order to accommodate multiple allergies. And the food was delicious!!!!
Chef Alex was great! Gave me a thorough tour of all the many GF options and offered to provide serving directly from the kitchen vs the buffet in case other customers unwittingly caused CC.
