Eggs Benedict! Do you know how long it’s been since I have been able to eat that??!!? Then French toast. Then a pumpkin chia coconut parfait. Lots of variety. Chef walked me around and could make things not marked gluten free available to me with a few tweaks. No lack of flavor or texture here! Also, chef mentioned that all the Asian cuisine uses gluten free soy sauce. They’re gonna have to roll me out of here….so very full
