If I could give this place 100000 stars, I would. I was dx'd with celiac two years ago. In that time I have not been able to eat at a buffet and have had to reduce where/what I eat.
Chef Alex came out and walked me through the buffet. He clearly understood cross contamination/cross contact as he was walking me through the entire buffet. After walking me through the buffet, Chef Alex came out and checked on me to check how everything was going. At no point did I feel rushed or as if I was wasting his time.
When you go to the buffet, simply tell your server that you have a GF allergy. They will take care of you from there.
