Without a doubt best dining experience I had during my 4 day visit! I was given a tour by the chef outlining all the items that are gluten free and the ones that can be made to order. It appeared that most all items can be modified to accommodate GF. I ordered the GF french toast and eggs Benedict (made upon request) which were great. The chocolate chip cookies were my favorite desert as well as an assortment of fresh gelato. The assortment of food was amazing! I feel that the risk of cross contamination from utensils is very low based on the positioning of the food and individual portioned bowls/plates. The chefs/cooks seemed well educated on allergens. Most GF items are labeled.
Yes
