The chef walked me around showing me the gf options that were prepared in a dedicated space. He was also aware cross contamination with people grabbing the wrong thongs. He said if I wanted to try some of the gf things that could get cross contaminated he would just make some in the back for me fresh. I asked what he recommended and he brought out a vegetable noodle dish and a fish soup and mussels he made fresh! I did not get sick and I'm really sensitive.
