The staff was brilliantly aware of how to accommodate gluten allergies, immediately directing me to suitable menu items and going so far as to show me labels for the soy sauce & wasabi. Upon my notifying them that I’m also intolerant of dairy products, they adjusted their recommendations without hesitation- I still had a number of options. They did have gluten free soy sauce (alcohol free Kikkoman Tamari), but the miso soup is not gluten free. The yellowtail roll & sashimi were of good quality, especially for an airport, and I was surprised by the excellent presentation of my orders. The service was fast, and the employees seemed to have positive opinions of the restaurant; they were very respectful of one another and seemed to have excellent professional relationships.The seating is comfortable and the restaurant is set in a relatively quiet, cozy nook of the C concourse. Under-seat power outlets are available and tables are large enough to provide a comfortable work surface.
