This is literary the best Bbq in town. Such a hidden gem! I eat here all of the time. Most everything is made gf. All it is from scratch in house. They have the best variety in every course on the menu, including their sauces. They even have a celiac chef. Which is why gluten free knowledge is such a big deal to them just as it is to us. I have had almost everything on the menu. Everything is so delicious! We took our friends who are not gf and they said they couldn’t even tell that they were eating gf. If you haven’t been here to eat you are missing out! I implore you to go many times and try everything gf. (Which is basically the whole menu!)
Items clearly marked on ONLINE menu, not the paper menu in the restaurant. Owner seemed very knowledgeable about preventing cross contamination. All meats and sauces are marked gf and some sides as well. We had the beef ribs (amazing), brisket (melts in your mouth) and potato salad (yum). This is not an eat-in establishment. Order to go or picnic tables outside. The smoker makes the parking lot smell like bbq heaven! Make sure you tell them if you have celiac disease so they use a separate cutting board for your order as they cut rolls on the regular board.
