The best find in Mendocino. Amazing food! (Almost all of it is naturally gluten free! They even have homemade gluten free bread! The best I’ve had in years!) Cute atmosphere. Make sure you make a reservation a few days in advance it’s a small place and was packed.

This place was very good plus had gluten free bread. The selection was good, most items were hluyem free.
Entire menu was gluten free (except for focaccia they offer for the table) and they had gluten free rolls to offer for the table - best gluten free roll I've ever had. Food was outstanding!!!

My boyfriend and I came here for Valentine's day this year, price fixe menu. It was the best dinner I think either of us has ever had. creative, delicious, and entirely gluten free. this is not your same old "piece of salmon with broccoli and rice" they had pasta carved from beets! I am a super sensitive celiac, and had no issues.

Honestly the best meal I've had.

Wow. Seriously great. Our favorite meal in Mendocino. We started across the street at little river and left because so few options, and were so glad we did. Super tasty fish and inventive menu. Wine by the glass was a bit expensive but tasty. Worth a drive. Yum!!
Super delicious. The pastry chef has celiac disease and some of the staff are GF. Hot GF rolls, awesome fish options, yummy risotto. All the desserts except for the toffee pudding were GF.

The food was superb and beautifully presented. Don't let the exterior fool you. It's directly across the highway from the Little River Inn. It was the best meal we had during our 3 day stay in Mendocino. They were extremely accommodating re. gluten sensitivity. They served lovely chewy popover-like dinner rolls. All fish dishes were perfectly prepared. They're worth the drive from the Bay Area.

If I could give this place six stars, I would. They have lovely gluten free rolls that reminded me of popovers. They will put GF croutons (house made ) in your salad. They only use GF tamari if they use soy sauce. I didn't order a salad because I knew I could have bread and dessert. Local fish, local veggies. My entree was cooked perfectly (halibut) and the accompanying ratatouille was to die for. Very small venue behind a gas/grocery on highway 1 so don't plan a big party there. But GO! You won't be disappointed.
