Review of Wild Flour Banffs Artisan

Probably not safe for the celiac crowd, but for those less sensitive, the gluten reduced items are nice. Not great by gf bakery standards, but good in a place like Banff where variety is hard to come by! My understanding of the gluten reduced labeling is this—they don’t use any gluten ingredients in these products, but they are made in a shared kitchen, so cross-contamination is possible, and therefore they don’t call these products gluten free.
