Review of Wild Tomato Wood-Fired Pizza and Grille Fish Creek

Oh. My. Goodness. I love pizza (understatement) so having to go gluten-free was very hard for me in that department. And for the most part gluten-free pizzas, especially the crusts, are never as good their wheated counterparts. What I ate here made me so happy, and convinced me that gluten-free pizza CAN be done right! Our server described the specialty pizza of the month, something with corn, chili, some interesting-sounding veggies.... I would normally steer clear of pizza with weird toppings but he was so enthusiastic and convincing that I went with it. And I'd do it again. That was one of the best pizzas I've ever had, gluten-free or not. We weren't in the area very long but if I could have I'd have gone back there every night, and definitely will eat there if I'm ever near Fish Creek again.
