Walked in and immediately saw them making dough in an open space. Spoke to the host about my concerns (was not going to be seated if we weren’t going to stay) she assured me that they cook the GF pizza in a separate pan and use fresh ingredients. She also sat us right next to the open kitchen and told the chef I would be ordering gluten free. Asked the waitstaff to please inform the kitchen to change gloves, wipe down the area and not make dough while the GF pizza was being cooked. I could see into the kitchen and watched as they cleaned themselves and the equipment. Pizza was good and I didn’t get sick but I felt very uneasy the whole time. If I had not been sitting right next to the open kitchen I am not sure if they would have been this careful. Also they were not social distancing for COVID tables were very close and the place was crowded. ALSO gluten free crust was almost $5 extra 🙄
