They no longer have any sort of gluten free menu. GF buns are available, but no info about which burger toppings are safe, the only thing the person taking orders would say was they are not a GF establishment. That said, I had the green chili cheeseburger (whatever they call that) and had no issues. Edit: went a second time recently, they brought it out on a regular bun. They were very apologetic about it and remade the burger no problem, but it seems typical of other recent experiences.

I agree with the other recent reviews, unfortunately. I used to love this restaurant and they were very careful about preparation of gluten-free items. Yesterday we placed an order to pick up. I said we needed it to be gluten free multiple times. They got the order right EXCEPT that it was not gluten free at all. They gave us the regular buns. I nearly took a bite but something felt off so I double checked. Unfortunately we had already brought all the food home and it was much too far to drive back. Complete waste of money and very disappointing. We will no longer be going back, unfortunately.

These folks used to be adaptable to the gluten intolerant - back in 2015, but now they are not. I’ve taken them off my go-to list sadly. Last time I went in 2023, they really discouraged me from eating anything there, period.

Great staff, menu and options. Location in Maine and Watertown are great!
They offer a gluten-free bun that gets a little crumbly with moisture.
Staff are trained to prepare food separately when a customer states they are allergic to gluten.

Huge thumbs down! They used to be so good with GF at their Maine location but I just went to this one and they know say on their menu "Gluten sensitive" and "We don't claim to be gluten free."
No
Delicious burger, wish I could have their fries!
Not for someone with Celiac. They have gluten free rolls, but they said there is cross contamination. Would probably be alright for someone who eats gluten free by choice but not someone with celiac disease
No
Very good burgers. Gluten free buns are always a plus.
Like others have said, no gluten free fries, which is always a bummer.
Gf buns and delicious burgers!
Delicious! Limited gluten free menu (you have to ask for it), but the burger was very yummy. All fries/onion rings are NOT gluten free friendly, which is a let down. Also root beer on tap!
The burgers are great & I've never had a reaction here. I'm only giving it three stars because the french fries are prepared in the fryer with glutened items, so not being able to complete the meal with fries is a huge negative for me. The Quincy location has gf fries.

Delicious burgers and GF buns!
great burgers. udis rolls. No fries sadly but omg so great. esp for groups.
Don't know why this particular location takes gluten free product (chicken fingers, fries, etc) and makes then not gluten free. The reason i was told the onions aren't GF at the Worcester location is because the ladle touches the regular bread. You think they'd stop doing that, but at least they're good about cross contamination.
So disappointed the fries are not gluten free here. They were at the other Wild Willy's I went to in Maine. They have enough friers they should dedicate one to being GF.
Was surprised to learn the fries are not gluten free, but understandable. The guacamole and peppers and onions are not gluten free though and I'm really confused as to why. They have no signage about their gluten free options and by asking I opened a Pandora's box of all the odd things that are usually gluten free in every other restaurant.
I asked if the ice cream (giffords) was gf and the woman wasn't 100% sure so she went and brought the ingredients label out for me to read, without any prompting from me. Then she mentioned they had gone through gf training. Love that!!! Great burger! Just wish they had a separate fryer so I could enjoy the fries :)

Great attention to GF. No hesitation on the question or order. Fries are not GF. The burger bun was toasted slightly and was delicious.
Good burgers, especially the grass fed ones. The buns used to be heavy kind of like a biscuit but I went recently and now they're much lighter & tastier!
I have no idea why someone would say a replacement product for a bread item is "too bready". What does that even mean? The place was great and very accommodating. The. selection was excellent. Personally I would rather have a review that tells me how safe it is and what kind of options there are than nebulous nonsense.
Burgers are good. GF buns not so much. Too bready.
Sadly only 2 burgers, 2 chicken sandwiches, and the fries were safe. But they made sure when I told them I had celiac they cooked my food in a separate area. They even toasted the bun! How many places have you been that your sandwich just disintegrates because they don't cook the bun? Not here! It was so good I don't remember the last time I ate a burger this good.

They have a gluten free menu, 2 types of burgers and 2 types of chicken sandwiches. Frys fried in a separate fryer later. Not a gluten free kitchen, some risk of cross contact possible.

No separate GF menu, but staff was knowledgeable. Salads, chili, and burgers/sandwiches can be made safely. Choice of lettuce wrap or GF bun. Fries are not GF. Had the Gabby with a lettuce wrap. Missing the honey mustard-not sure if that was on purpose. Tasted great and didn’t get sick!
