Ordered for takeout and was severely disappointed. Got the chicken parm and subbed spaghetti for another shape. My chicken was chewy and my pasta was gummy. Maybe I should eat in person….

The best gluten free dinner by far. Mozzarella sticks are to die for. Pizzas are crispy and delicious. Butternut squash ravioli is stunning too. Beautiful environment too as the restaurant is small yet cosy with a great bar. Staff were very helpful and one-step-ahead with customer service.

Wine selection should have a cabinet, but the Prosecco was fantastic. The calamari was yummy and not heavily breaded. The spaghetti bolognese was just the right amount without being too much and the vegan cannoli was prob one of the best I have had.

We had such a wonderful experience at Wild! We ate in the restaurant one night and had carry out the next. My son was able to have pizza in NYC which was a blessing!

It was so nice to not worry about what to order. We got the mozzarella sticks, meatballs and two of the past dishes. All were delicious. We also got the carrot cake and chocolate peanut butter brownie for dessert.
Place was small but cozy. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend

Skip this restaurant and go elsewhere. Tried it more than twice and unfortunately they just cant cook gluten free pasta right. Both times it was gummy and one time overdone, the next time underdone. Calamari was also soggy.

I have to be honest, I don’t feel the good lived up to the hype. I’ve seen Wild on all the lists for places in NYC that people with celiac have to try, so I decided to try it. The atmosphere is absolutely adorable. The mozzarella sticks were great. I would go back and order just those because they are so hard to find. Other than that, the food was pretty mid-tier. The pasta was ok, but thought my ravioli was a bit underdone. I came with 2 friends who are not gluten free and they were gracious, but one removed the bun on her hamburger. The dessert was ok, but nothing to rave about. We went early enough that the restaurant wasn’t super busy, but oddly, we had a difficult time flagging down our server to order and to pay. Based on other reviews, it doesn’t sound like that is something most people experience, but it was a frustrating way to end a mediocre meal, so I wanted to include it. Long story short, if you are looking for a fully gf restaurant (especially if you are bringing non gf people), personally, I would recommend Senza over Wild

Disappointing - but you can eat gluten-free safely. The advertised handmade garganelli were normal supermarket penne. For this the price is not justified. In addition, despite reservation, no table was available and we had to wait a long time.

This is a fine place to go if you have Celiac and you're in NYC. The service was good, despite it being busy. They lost our reservation. They seem to write out all the reservations they get even if it's online and use a reservation book for seating. It gives a nice quaint and authentic effect, but transferring reservations like that can result in them getting lost. Even with all that, they got us sat immediately.
The food had good flavor and nice plating, but the problem was the pasta itself. There was no question that it was gluten free pasta. It was stiff and gummy. This was fine for my garganelli, chewy, but ultimately fine. My wife got a ravioli, and stiff chewy pasta is terrible for ravioli. It makes the filling fall out, and the texture contrast of soft filling and rubbery pasta is hard to get through.
All that said, the food wasn't terrible, just not good. It is outweighed by the atmosphere. This place is adorable. The restaurant is a little hole in the wall, not much bigger than an apartment living room. It's packed with seating, but that is honestly endearing. Despite being so close to other guests, it was still very easy for the night to feel intimate with my wife and I.
Service was great. Our server was very attentive even though he was incredibly busy. It was clear that he wanted to be at our table to take care of us, but he had many other things to do. I'm a server myself, so this is exactly what I like to see out of other servers. The unfortunate fact of serving is that you can't always be at your tables. If you're like me and you want everyone to have the best service possible, you want to be able to check on your tables consistently and take care of them when they need something as soon as they need something. When you're busy and you have several guests, that just isn't realistic. What's important is that you care, you want to be there, and the table doesn't want for anything. It might have taken him a moment to get to us, but he knew when we needed something and he did get there. Service was great.
Dessert was good, but nothing to write home about.
The food is okay. The service is good. The atmosphere is incredible. Most importantly, we did not get glutened.

It was ok, drinks were good but my lobster Ravioli was honestly not good at all. The pasta wasn’t cooked and it was way too salty. Wasn’t happy with my main dish but the mozzarella sticks we’re good. I’ve had better experience with the location in park slope.

This place is all gluten free, so it’s super safe. However, I wasn’t too impressed by the quality of the food. I got a pizza, and I have had much better pizzas elsewhere. My friend agreed that her food wasn’t the best either. Definitely a safe option, but I think there’s better food out there.

Great experience! The waitress was very helpful and the front man got us a great seat outside rather than inside by the bathroom! I loved not having to mention GF since everything is GF! I got the butternut squash ravioli and burrata pizza and it was all very very good!

My pasta was a bit undercooked but flavor was good. I prefer senza even though they are more expensive. Also seating is too close together and staff went for cigarette breaks and did not wash hands (you can see them from the door seating area). Calamari was also soggy. Wanted to tell our waiter, but barely checked on us. Probably will not try again.
The food was perfect. Everything on the menu was gluten free. Very pleasant service and atmosphere.

Such a nice and safe restaurant! Pizzas and brownie were amazing.
Got delivery one night which was terrible though. I asked for no toppings on the burger and it came with cheese all over it so I couldn’t eat it. It also has onions in the meat which wasn’t mentioned on the website. Another thing that I can’t have.
Dining in is the best option as it is a great place to go and the staff are nice and attentive

The pizza was tasty but more of a flatbread than a pizza (but I’m a New Yorker and therefore a pizza snob so take this with a grain of salt if you’re from literally anywhere else)

Weirdest salad ever I don’t have stupidly high standards but this was THE worst meal we had during a five day stay in New York. Ordered a spiced rubbed chicken salad, I’m pretty sure that was it’s title. What I got was school homework warm chicken, onions, peppers in what tasted like jar tomato pasta sauce served on top of a bag of rocket. A combination that continues to confuse me….a very basic overcooked hot chicken pasta sauce served on top of a bowl full of dry rocket??? Spice rubbed chicken salad? My husband had chicken parmigiana equally poorly prepared and presented but resembling meat plus cheese plus pasta in a sauce as expected as per title . Incredibly overpriced for food that seemed to have been the brain child of a toddler and creation of a primary school child. One star for bringing ice fairly quickly for the bottle of warm tap water with bubbles settled in it and the smiley staff.
Been here twice to make sure. First time pasta was undercooked. Second time, the calamari was soggy and pasta was undercooked AGAIN. I could order the salad but it calls themselves a gluten free restaurant so I would think the main dishes will be a focus too. Disappointed
100% GF restaurant in the West Village! Tons of amazing options to choose from but I especially love their GF pizzas - the crust is super thin and crispy. They can also sub dairy free cheese for any of their pizzas!

We had a wonderful experience here and our family member with celiac disease was without symptoms. It was the best gluten free Italian food we have ever had. Spaghetti, mozzarella sticks, calamari, chicken parmesan…all were fantastic and were gluten free! We would eat here again in a heart beat.

Made reservations about 3 weeks in advance because a large group was celebrating my birthday. Not the best place for a large group. Food was above average, I did not have any issues. Service was strange. Our waiter was foreign and couldn’t understand us very well…he kept giving us weird looks. We didn’t complain, but the manager and another waiter took over. Later we saw the manager and original waiter arguing. Who knows. The desserts were stale, but ok. All drinks are gf wine/beer based. No liquor here. We still had a good time, though. Place seemed to be very popular. After 2 hours they asked us to leave because they needed our table…guess that’s just NYC.

We had high expectations going here (instead of to another 100%GF restaurant) based on so many positive reviews. We were not impressed. The calamari was good and we enjoyed it since it’s hard to find GF fried calamari, but that’s about it. The bruschetta came on an UDI hamburger bun cut in half and the tomatoes had so little seasoning I needed to add salt and pepper myself. Seriously? I could toast an Udi hamburger roll at home and all the non-GF restaurants offer Udi rolls. Finally, we had the butternut squash ravioli. The filling was slimy and the sauce was meh and didn’t compliment it very well. Also presentation was lacking as was the interest/friendliness of the staff. Sad we spent a special night out here especially being out of town. Definitely not a must-stop if in NYC! Lots of other options.

Went here for dinner with my boyfriend. We got pizza and ravioli, which were both delicious and tested gluten free on my Nima sensor. However, we ordered takeout the next day and issues came up. They threw out our order without calling because we were 15 minutes late. Granted, it was the very end of the day and the manager offered to remake it. The service was great in that sense, but when we got home I tested my pesto pasta with the Nima sensor and it read "gluten found". Based on the texture of the noodles, the pasta was def gluten free but something must have been cross contaminated or some other ingredient isn't gf. We also ordered dessert and my brownie also registered "gluten found." Full transparency, the pizza we ordered tested fine both times. I emailed them since it seems like a lot of celiacs dine here. Their response was not that polite, and someone did reply with both owners and their legal counsel copied. Deciding to CC the attorney was weirdly threatening. They said what happened is impossible and my sensor must be broken or misread the food. They also told me to contact their dessert vendor about the brownie. Just for the record, the sensor I'm using is brand new, allegedly 99.5% accurate, and I've used it successfully at other places. They did not indicate that they would check out the situation on site, so I'll probably not come back here.I found out later that they do pizza dough making classes on site with wheat flour.
The owner of wild is the same person who owns Thinx . Panties. Thought that was interesting since they're being sued now in 2022 for putting harmful chemicals into the underwear they didn't seem to care about quality controlling the food at their restaurant either.
