Review of Wild

I really loved coming to this restaurant, the food is excellent. The reason for my bad review is because they are advertised as being 100% gluten free. I have celiac disease so the only way I feel totally comfortable eating out is if the place is 100% gluten free. The last time I was there I found out that whenever there is a make your own pizza night, which seems like most nights, the dough used is not gluten free because the owner doesn't want to divulge his secret gluten free recipe. The fact that there is flour even near the kitchen scares me. I unfortunately I can't go back and will be frequenting Senza Gluten on Sullivan st instead.
