The menu is 100% gluten free, but, as others have noted, they are not truly a dedicated gluten-free facility because they use gluten-full dough in their make-your-own-pizza classes. :(

That said, I have eaten there many times without getting glutened, and the pizza is very good. it's just not quite as safe a spot as I previously believed.
