Love, love, love Wildflour! I visit at least twice a week for a treat!
The only *negative* is that though they have gf options for bread (when in stock) they use a shared toaster...boooo! No goof for the sensitive and Celiac
Other than that, I have NO complaints!
Strictly vegan means I can order hot chocolate and not worry about getting sick from dairy!

Great GF and always vegan desserts! Ordered the carrot cake and chocolate peanut butter cupcakes! Delicious!

Excellent GF options, mostly sweet but some lunch items, at this vegan bakery. Not a dedicated GF prep area, but they are generally very conscientious about cross-contamination, change gloves, etc. I’ve eaten here dozens of times, never been sick.
(Disclaimer: I generally avoid cross-contamination, shared fryer, but am not as extremely sensitive as some people here are. One bite of food with actual wheat in it (breading, soy sauce) will cause me to have an immediate immune reaction, however, so I have a decent sense of when I’ve been glutened within a few minutes.)

Got a hot coffee, cranberry oat bar, and cranberry corn muffin. All fantastic. Everything that is gluten free is marked accordingly.

I only go there for the avocado toast and they did not have the GF bread on my last two trips, about 2 weeks apart. So they probably have not had it for the last two weeks, telling me all I need to know about how much they care about their GF customers. Probably will not be back for some time.
They have also mentioned that they use the same toaster for both GF bread and wheat bread, so there will be cross-contamination. Like, thanks for telling me, but also, get another damn toaster! You can get a dedicated toaster for $20, no excuses.

I got a gluten free cookie from here and I got the sickest I have been in a very long time. It felt more than just "simple" cross contamination--I was on the floor of my bathroom in less than two hours. I will not be going here again.

We ordered the gluten free chocolate chocolate cookie, the carrot cake muffin, coconut mango muffin and the chocolate peanut butter muffin. All were very tasty (the muffins were very sweet, but good). I asked about CC and was told that there was a shared oven, but everything else was kept separate. I did not get sick.

I haven't been here in a while, but I noticed they expanded. They have so delicious many GF choices!
I'm really upset overall with wildflour. I frequented the establishment weekly on my trips down to Providence from Boston and enjoyed cowboy cookies And other treats on my short ride from Central Falls. One Sunday afternoon soon after there expansion I went in and grabbed a couple cookies with my son who was 12 at the time for the ride home. As always I was Assured of the marked gluten-free items. I got home and about an hour later didn't feel well I've had bad reactions in the past but nothing like this. I projectile vomited violently from 3 PM till about 10 PM I could not even stand up. I didn't have strength for days. When I finally felt better I called the facility to speak with a manager and explained briefly what had happened. After calling twice in explaining my situation briefly. Nobody returned my call. I was mortified with the lack of response care and concern is that the bakery showed. I am a certified celiac professional that works in around the city of Boston and just feels like this is completely intolerable. For obvious reasons I have not been back since. And will never be back to this establishment again EVER

Nooooo my world was shattered today when I asked today at Wildlfour if the raw banana bread walnuts were gluten free, since the bag did not say so but the ingredients list suggested they could be. I was told that they were made in a shared facility, where gluten-containing items were also made. I said oh, okay, wow that is so good that you are on top of that and made a point to only put the GF label on the Celiac-safe GF items. They replied that actually, all items are made in a shared facility. So I asked if there were at least separate pans / prep area / etc, and they said no, definitely not, it was one facility with shared equipment. So I asked what had changed, since I had previously been very confidently assured that items marked GF truly were gluten free and Celiac safe. They said there was no change. I feel that I have been lied to for *years*. I also suspect we have found one of the sources of mysterious glutenings. I said that to the Wildlfour folks and they insisted that that would be very hard to prove and it could be from anywhere. Yes, it would be hard to prove. But I won't be putting my family members or friends with Celiac's disease at risk for cross-contamination here again.
....
Three stars. One for so incorrectly proclaiming things were Celiac safe in the past so adamantly and convincingly when that is so clearly not the case based on today's interaction. Five for everything else. This is still a great spot for anyone without Celiac's disease, who is only mildly intolerant to gluten.

Gf options but be careful. Contamination is an issue.
I love this bakery and their gf cowboy cookies and gf blueberry lemon basil scone. I don’t think this would be safe if you are very sensitive to cross contamination because a lot of the times are right next to each other. I’m sensitive to contamination and haven’t had an issue yet, but there is a concern with gf and non gf items right next to each other.
No
Unsafe for celiacs. There gluten free items and gluten containing items share the same case or shelf. Seems like they cater to the gf trend
No
Absolutely unsafe. And the food isn’t that good. They share gf and non gf in the same case and I’ve gotten sick here twice. Two strikes, I’m over it.
No
Lots of cross contamination. They should warn you. Vegan does not have to be gluten free.
No
I ate a gluten free corn blueberry muffin it was so good!
Although everything is vegan, not everything is gluten free. Have seen some issues with cross contamination.
I have seen tons of cross contamination issues here, from shared prep space and passing gluten items over "gf" items to making steamed drinks without cleaning the steam wand (even between dairy and non dairy). The baked goods themselves are low quality (often undercooked, with raw dough inside). Add to that the high price point, and I definitely would not recommend.

Lots of options. Cookies are a little dry, otherwise all of their gf pastries are acceptable. The chili and Cornbread combo are both gf and makes a good filling lunch. The smoothies and drinks are delicious and I have never gotten sick from eating here. I work at the hospital around the corner, and eat here at least twice a week.
Yes
If you're intolerant or slightly sensitive Wildflour makes some awesome stuff! If you're very sensitive or have Celiac, the risk for cross contamination is very high as it is a shared bakery.

Ordered pumpkin whoopie pie, pumpkin latte cupcake and pecan pie tart. YUM! Better than I imagined! You can't even tell they are GF! I will definitely go back again!

Corn bread jalapeño muffins, chocolate coconut tart, and pumpkin tart. I had to grab all three. No regrets!!!
This is in the same plaza as two other gf friendly places. The chocolate cupcake was dry and heavy. Everything looked really good there. Wish I had tried something different. Will go back again.

Absolutely delicious
This is absolutely my favorite gf and df bakery. Their desserts are simply amazing! They always have such a great variety.

Yummy juice!

I gave 4 stars because they are kind of expensive and the cupcakes aren't the best. It seems if you eat them right from the case they are too firm from being refrigerated. The GF chocolate chip cookies are great! I enjoy them even though I'm not GF, my husband is. My husband likes the whoopie pies and scones. We've also had muffins and they seem to be moist. Definitely worth a look!
Yes
So good cakes, cookies, corn bread! What's not to love???
Given few places for GF dessert it is okay. Cupcakes had little flavor and are very dry. I agree the other reviewer about the odd frosting- did not task good.
BE CAREFUL! Their "gluten free" products are not actually gluten free. They may use gluten free ingredients but they do not separate their gluten free baking from their regular baking and do not use separate wooden spoons, etc. If you truly have celiac disease, this is not the place for you.
Great selection! The gf cupcakes are a bit dense, but the chocolate flavor was great and I loved the frosting. I can't wait to try their other offerings. For your non gf family & friends: my husband loved the vegan cupcakes & said they tasted better than most "regular" ones he's had! Update: The peanut butter cookies are amazing!! A friend picked up an assortment of cookies and they were all good, but those were the best!
I went to Wildflour bakery because of the referral from this app. Others seem to find it wonderful, I must disagree. There were few gluten free offerings, cupcakes, brownies, and a raspberry brownie and some corn bread. I ordered on piece of cornbread and two cupcakes, the total was over $8. The cornbread was ok, dense and chewy, which I liked. The cupcake, well lets just say I was very disappointed. I dint know what the frosting was made from but as soon as I got to the car the icing started melting..it was all runny by the time I got home. The flavor of the cupcake was odd, I think it was supposed to be lemon vanilla, but neither of the flavors were strong enough to push through the dense soggy cake. Will not be returning. I will stick with A & J bakery in Cranston.
SO many options! Cakes, cupcakes, brownies! They aren't the best cupcakesive had but the cake is great! This is definitely where I plan to get my girlfriends birthday cake!
Absolutely love this place!!! Their raspberry cheesecake brownie is to die for..love the texture, even better than regular "gluten" brownies. Cupcakes are amazing as well. Everything is on the pricier side here but that comes with most things vegan/gluten free. Definitely worth the visit!
OMG! The banana coconut muffins are absolutely heavenly. Definitely NOT to be missed!! You will swear that they are not GF and certainly not vegan!! Soooooo yummy.
My favorite bakery. Gluten soy egg and milk free items. The raw cheesecake made with cashews is to die for ( especially raspberry). Excellent coffee I was even able to order a latte made with coconut milk to enjoy with the cheesecake. Felt like a normal person! Amazing staff who are passionate and knowledgable.
