As a regular restaurant, it would have been a 4 star review. As a celiac-friendly restaurant, it cannot be recommended as a good choice. Dine at your own risk! Make sure to speak to a manager first before ordering if you do find yourself here and starving.
I was meeting a friend for an early dinner - before it got crowded on a Friday evening. When I ordered, they noted "gluten allergy" on my ticket and I also informed my server to reaffirm no bread, no croutons. I ordered a burger wrapped in lettuce and a side salad. The salad was fine - no issue there. About halfway through cutting up bites of burger, I felt something squishy in my mouth and immediately spit it out. A small chunk of bread was apparently stuck to the bottom of the patty, pointing to the burger having been made with a bun and then "corrected" to lettuce wrapped rather than re-made from scratch.
I knew going into the place I had a 50/50 chance of a "safe" experience based on previous reviews. I lost the gamble this time!
The waitstaff was friendly - did not hold it against our server at all - and the manager was apologetic, saying she would re-check with the kitchen staff about the important of importance of allergy/intolerance. Even so, unless they seriosuly change their approach, not a good place for us Celiac-types to eat. Stick to the bar and frozen margaritas!

The manager came out to talk to me before I Ordered. I also have a soy allergy and he went through all the ingredients and even brought the butter package out to me to make sure. So very friendly and accommodating !! I had a steak and veggies and salad and it was delicious !
Staff was very nice, however, when ask about the chips being gluten free, was told they were all corn. Unfortunately they use the same fryer and that of course doesn't work. Suggestion for Willies. Educate staff about allergies. If you have ability to have a gluten free fryer. Please do so. Post gluten free options I didn't want to be a bother, so I didn't push for answers, just figured staff should know. My stomach is in knots and feel incredibly sick, blazing headaches. Unfortunate as it tasted so good in my mouth

There weren’t a lot of choices and honestly I was really scared to eat here. But the girl that took my order was patient and answered questions. I ended up getting a burger with no bun and a side salad with balsamic. A very safe GF dish. I didn’t get sick but I’m not sure it would be worth returning to.

I used to work here at the cashier station. I can for sure say that the kitchen is NOT safe. The salad bar is maybe the safest place, but no one knows about gluten free. I have celiac and there is no way I’d eat there. I would help anyone that asked for gluten free but warn them about it not being safe. The battering area for fried items is very messy and right by all the cooking tops. So big no if you have celiac. But if you are doing it for just dietary reasons, as long as you know what is and isn’t gluten free you’re fine.

They have been helpful with my Celiac / gluten allergy. When you ask for help, just make sure that you ask your cashier first, and then your server, to make them both aware of your dietary needs.
I always see the cashier go back to talk with the kitchen staff, right away. And I appreciate that.
