No GF menu but the staff was knowledgable. Bone in wings are GF and all but 3 sauces too. Not sure if they have a dedicated fryer but I’m sensitive and was not bothered

Separate fryers had always been used, but my daughter got so sick this last time. When I called, they said they use the same fryers. Unfortunate for us.

Traditional wings are really good! They said that their traditional wings are not fried in a fryer with any breaded items. And all sauces except their Hawaiian are gluten free!

This is not GF. They specifically told me not safe as GF items are cooked in same oil as breaded items.
