Traditional wings are not breaded and are therefore gluten free. Also the fries. But they use the same fryer so not safe for celiac but good enough if you are doing to avoid inflammation.

The bone-in wings and bone-in thighs are cooked in dedicated gluten free oil. They use new bowls to toss on the sauces. Most sauces are gf.

Sick 30 minutes after eating. Could'nt leave the bathroom. Got the traditional wings and fries. Won't order again.

Separate fryers had always been used, but my daughter got so sick this last time. When I called, they said they use the same fryers. Unfortunate for us.

Traditional wings are really good! They said that their traditional wings are not fried in a fryer with any breaded items. And all sauces except their Hawaiian are gluten free!
