Recently diagnosed Celiac. I’m personally good friends with the owner/executive chef. He assured me that the kitchen can work to make sure that there is no cross-contamination. I tried it out, and sure enough, it was great. Of course, if you’re Celiac, make sure to tell the manager or call in advance. They made sure to get clean, separate knives/pans to cook. Also, this place makes for a great date-night and brunch with friends and family.
