Amazingly any dish with white sauce is gluten free. We stopped on our cross country trip thanks to a review from this site and had a similar experience! Chef case out from the kitchen and talked about our options. We ordered Moo Goo Gai Pan and Shrimp with vegetables with rice. I would avoid any other sauces and anything fried (chef did say that sesame chicken sauce can be made GF but I am too sensitive to risk anything from a fryer). Not a fancy place, reasonably good and amazingly gluten free. Awesome experience on a long trip fraught with danger.

We ate here for dinner. The hostess/server didn't speak much English, but she had the cook come out to help me with my order. He was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. Fried foods and foods with the brown sauce or gravy are NOT gluten free. They do not have gluten free soy sauce, so you will need to bring your own if you want to use soy sauce on your food. Anything made with white sauce and the curry are gluten free. I had the Moo Goo Gai Pan which was delicious and freshly cooked. My husband had the chicken curry which was also delicious and pretty spicy. It was the perfect meal and I had no reaction or problems at all. I would definitely talk to the cook to make him aware of your gluten free needs before placing your order.
