Always a safe gf experience here . I always order the chopped salad with steak ,with the blue cheese vinaigrette. I order it without the frizzled onions because they are not gf . I also get it without the hard boiled egg as I don't care for those . I bring a small bag of gluten free frizzled onions from home and top my salad with those .
Only a few items gluten-free it’s a fast food chain so food is average, but always reliable
We called ahead and were provided with a detailed description of their gluten free offerings and precautions. My daughter has celiac and is very gluten sensitive. She had a cocktail, burger and sweet potatoes and is feeling fine today, so no cross contamination. We feel confident about this establishment and would definitely go back.
Always good- the gluten free bun is delicious. Never had an issue. They do have a dedicated gluten free fryer. Only dessert that is gluten free is the brownie- but it has walnuts.
Gluten free roll for my kids burger were really good. I order mine gluten free now too and I’m not gluten free
Love them .. they have a whole gluten free menu and are very understanding of food allergies.
As a Celiac, it's hard to find places to eat. I called ahead of time because their GF menu has the disclaimer that there may be cross-contamination. I spoke with Christine, the manager, and she was very helpful in telling me what was safer than others (salads - not safe because of the crouton handling). She said she would be there when I got there and she personally took my order and everything was great. However, if you don't have that kind of attention, it may be tough. They steam the broccoli with the pasta water. The GF pizza is cooked right with the regular pizza. They do have a dedicated fryer, but the safest option is to use the grill - they have a section where nothing is sauced - request to have your meal cooked on that section.
I'm giving it one star because we were looking for a gluten free pizza. The pizza was really expensive and we were not happy with it at all.
Gluten free hamburger buns taste great! There is even gluten free beer! Gluten-free menu is not extensive but if you want a quick bite this place is great
The selection is pretty good but they overcharge to make it gluten free. The pizza shouldn't even be considered a meal, it's so small AND costs more than most meals there. Seeing as its hard to find gluten free pizza, I guess I'll have to give them some credit.
This place happened to be along the way to where we were going, so we decided to check it out, thanks to the recommendation of another FMGF customer. I had the cauliflower crust flatbread with spinach and artichoke topping, and it was delicious! When I mentioned to the waitress that I was gluten-free, she immediately commented about how the fryer is not a gluten-free fryer, which was not an issue for me today, but it was good that she mentioned it. Everything was clearly labeled on the menu that was gluten-free. They did have items with gluten-free pasta, but none of their pasta dishes had your traditional tomato sauce, which is what I look for in a pasta dish. The staff was very friendly and attentive, service was quick, and they even have these outdoor dining igloos, right by the Farmington River, which was sort of cool, although we did not use them today. My omnivore partner said that his patty melt was delicious, although this sweet potato fries were not as crispy as ideal.
Wide variety of items labeled on menu. Can substitute gluten free rolls for burgers and sandwiches. Also has pasta and gf seasonal desserts: apple crisp and flourless chocolate cake! I had the flatbread with gf cauliflower crust. So fluffy! Delicious. Unfortunately they do use a “gluten friendly” label so may have cross contamination risk.
