This is absolutely not celiac safe. It was tasty, but I started to feel sick after just a couple bites. Not what you want before boarding a west coast flight.

Not great. Pizza tastes undercooked. Pricey and not a great portion.

The worst pizza crust we have ever tasted. It was gummy like boba. Raw perhaps. Absolutely disgusting. Had to throw it away. The customer service was great. The employees are just wonderful and kind. But AVOID THIS PLACE like the plague if you are celiac/allergic or highly sensitive. I am shocked that they are in business which how gut wrenchingly nasty the taste and texture of this crust was. And it’s super contaminated. No education on how to handle gf crust. Avoid this place. I can’t stress it enough

Looked all over Midway airport, finding very little gf options. Found this place and it saved me. Delicious and filling. Highly recommend

I wandered up and down the airport looking for something that was wasn’t breaded and fried. I ended up ordering the GF pizza and was surprised to see the cook punching down a ball of dough. I ordered the vegetarian and it was pretty good. The pizza is cooked in the same oven as regular dough and they didn’t use parchment to keep it away from gluten. I am gluten intolerant and I handled this fine. This is a nice change from frozen cardboard pizza dough I’ve had at other establishments.

Gotta remember to pack a lunch when I layover in Chicago. I was hoping to get a g/f pizza at Woodgrain but they were out of G/f dough before noon. Boo.
I'd give this place a zero if I could. I haven't even eaten yet but I know I'm going to get sick. Sadly this airport lacks good options.
For what ever reason they don't use a tray and it goes right in the same oven as everything else.
They will change gloves if asked but what does that matter if it's on the same oven. Contamination is going to happen here. I wish I read the reviews first. Do not go here.

This place needs to be deleted, it does not in any shape or form offer a gluten free dining experience. sure they get a different wood paddle, but dough is placed on all shared surfaces. they do let you know after youve stood in line for 15 minutes, and no other options on here open! took my chances, but probably should have just ate whatever and enjoyed it. This pizza wasn’t even very good.

About as safe as Chernobyl. Flour everywhere.

Staff was wonderful and knowledgeable but did confirm it’s not really gluten free since made o. Same surfaces and grill. I was excited but appreciated them letting me know
It would be fine if they could make the pizza on an aluminum tray like most places do. Unfortunate they cook the pizza on same surface as regular pizza so it’s not gluten free.

Not even remotely celiac safe. They throw it right in the same oven. It was my only option so I ate it a didn't get sick, but not sure I'd take the chance again. They charged extra for veggies and didn't get my order right. The guys were rude and refused to take precautions and my pizza was raw in the center.

Was super excited to see they have a gf option, but I’m always skeptical, especially with pizza places. Rightfully so here. The staff was friendly but zero knowledge of handling Gf food. She slathered the gf crust with sauce using the same brush for the flour pizzas. She also never changed her gloves to handle gf crust after handling flour crust. I expected cross contamination to a degree, but why bother having gf if you’re just going to slather gluten contaminate all over it? My husband ate the pizza for me. I had a banana. Total fail.

Great tasting gf pizza. Feeds two if they’re both really hungry for just $13. Quality ingredients and friendly staff. Across from gate A7.
