Review of Wynn Las Vegas

the chef will personally walk you through the entire buffet and point out what's safe or not. they are even knowledgeable for multiple allergies. most food is prepared well enough to be naturally gf. meats and veggies without added junk. they will also make you gf options. i go for breakfast just to get waffles pancakes and french toast. the French Toast is made with a very grainy bread though. if you're picky on texture, I'd skip it. and they aren't using Pamela mix, so it's not bland. they've also offered to make me pizza. the desert bar has a few options as well. my favorite is the guava pana cotta. and in the evening when doing crepes I just ask for the fruit and cream alone. it was so delicious I had tears of joy. there's all allay also I've cream, creme brule and some sort of candy bar with chocolate chips, butterscotch and coconut. magic bars? I've made them before myself. I've tried a few buffets in Vegas and this by far is my favorite.
