Majority of menu is gluten free, besides the desserts, tortas, breakfast burrito, and beer cheese. The waitress definitely acted inconvenienced by all my questions but honestly she checked every thing I asked so I call it a win. You know how it is. I called ahead and asked and the guy seemed more open to helping. Somethings I confirmed: dedicated fryer for chips. No flour in the sauces and no beer in the marinades. They have a gluten protocol in the kitchen but obviously they let me know flour is present. We had the tomatillo and the roja and pico salsas and they were all delicious. Atmosphere was very nice and service was quick. Tacos were like a 6/10. I’d eat it again. I always wait at least 24 hours to review and no symptoms!
