Review of Yankee Rebel Tavern

I was blown away by how knowledgeable our waitress does. She said most things can be done gluten free. She knew the menu inside and out. She knew salad dressings, soy sauce and mayonnaise. Everything. Gluten free pasta and bread available. 3 gluten free orders. 2 celiac. Everything was amazing. I sent my brother with a celiac son there 2 days later. No problems there either. Even had 2 gluten free desserts
