Review of Yardbird

It’s not too often that you find a restaurant this accommodating to gluten free needs. I found the staff very knowledgeable and attentive. They have a gluten-free flour mix and separate fryer so that you can have their fried chicken as well as other items you wouldn’t normally be able to have. They did tell us up front they had an open kitchen and there was a risk of contamination from the flour being in the air. Because of that reason, I can’t say it’s celiac friendly. We were lucky though, we took a chance and it paid off. Food was delicious!
