The staff told me there was a separate Fryer and that if I used a tool to measure the gluten, it sometimes reads that there is because of the flour in the air. I ordered and began to eat and it was incredible tasting, so yummy; HOWEVER, not long after eating I began to get the horribly intense gluten cramps and could barley walk or breath. I haven’t had an episode that bad in about 4 years so I DO NOT recommend them for GF food - but regular food for non celiacs ๐๐ป
