edible but not my cup of tea. pretty sure there was only one thing i could get, but they pulled a few strings to get me shrimp in my ramen. I think I didn’t like it because of the taste, I don’t remember what the consistency of the noodles were like. Since I don’t remember I’m assuming they weren’t as rubbery as ukiyo.

Staff seems super knowledgeable, which is good cause the menu is apparently wrong. They said the only broth marked gf on the menu is NOT actually gf, because it has trace amounts of soy sauce (although I’m not sure if that is right, because if this place uses tamari soy sauce, as most Japanese places do, that’s gf). Anyway, staff told me there are two unmarked broths that ARE gf. There are also two protein options that are gf, and some of the included toppings are as well. The main downside is that the only gf noodle option is vermicelli, which is kind of tasteless, but everything else was good.

The only thing on the menu that is marked gluten free is the rice vermicelli and one broth. Nothing else. Major let down. With their confusion, I didn't feel safe eating here.

Staff was knowledgeable and wouldn’t let us order non gf items. Noodles cooked in separate bowl.
We did no try the yakitori or check for GF options. We all wanted to try the ramen.
For GF “Ramen”: The only broth option is veggie. The only noodle option is rice vermicelli, the only protein option is veggie. Our group didn’t care for the GF options and gave it a 3 out of 10. Just wasn’t our taste. Even so, we were excited and happy to try something unique and different.
Non-GF. 7 out of 10. Good variety and taste.
