Review of YATAI ramen + yakitori

Staff seems super knowledgeable, which is good cause the menu is apparently wrong. They said the only broth marked gf on the menu is NOT actually gf, because it has trace amounts of soy sauce (although I’m not sure if that is right, because if this place uses tamari soy sauce, as most Japanese places do, that’s gf). Anyway, staff told me there are two unmarked broths that ARE gf. There are also two protein options that are gf, and some of the included toppings are as well. The main downside is that the only gf noodle option is vermicelli, which is kind of tasteless, but everything else was good.
