Review of Yavapai Lodge

They have incredible gluten free pancakes for breakfast. The kitchen staff is very accommodating of celiacs. They are aware of cross contamination and make sure to prepare food in a separate cleaned area from the rest of the food. I would eat there again with zero worries of getting glutened.
