Review of Yavapai Lodge

Had the nachos. Celiac friendly. Currently, a hotel in the Grand Canyon is being sued for exposing a celiac to gluten at one of their restaurants (not this one). SO, they were extra careful with my order and had both the manager and chef come out to talk to me and reassure me they had changed gloves, etc. They made sure to take care of me. :)
