I am visiting from Pensacola, and I finally made it to Yo' Mama's. My friend and I came in today just around lunch rush. The restaurant was busy but not overwhelmingly so. Every employee was friendly and helpful, and they take allergens and cross-contamination seriously. I was even informed about their second Saturday events where they have gluten-free French toast, build-your-own omelets, etc. I want to come back for this!
And the food...my gods, the food. The crust on the chicken made me seriously question the gluten-freeness, but it's legitimately GF. It's just that frigging good. I don't know what kind of sorcery they have going on in that kitchen but it's magical. I almost cried from the happiness!
Go to Yo' Mama's. It's amazing food.
