Great, safe food. The staff knows how to make everything GF separately and the people working the register are well-informed (it’s usually one of the owners taking your order). They can make almost anything on the menu GF and will input gluten allergy into the register so that the back of the house is notified to be extra cautious. Everything they fry is gluten free.
