Review of Yo' Mama's

Recently, on the way home to New Orleans, stopped in a nice "GF oasis" in downtown Birmingham. Small, busy eatery specializing in GF chicken wings, waffles, shrimp / grits. Owner has a close friend with Celiac, and wanted to start a business that would help the GF community. They use GF bean flour to dredge the wings. A "must" stop if you're traveling through.
