With the exception of our yogurt flavors which use ingredients that would explicitly contain gluten, such as the double cookies and cream, our yogurt flavors do not contain gluten. However, all of our flavors are processed in a facility that also processes products which do contain gluten.
Every yogurt flavor is labeled with allergens, but I do steer clear of flavors that have an adjacent gluten-containing flavor (ie vanilla is next to cookies and cream). I don't eat any of the toppings due to CC risk.
The frozen yogurt tags clearly ID the GF flavors. Those are safe. Toppings could be challenging. I only eat the fruits, nuts & syrups. Nuts & syrups each have their own containers.. It's possible to have cross contamination on to the fruit. On occasion I ask the staff to bring out a small amount of the fruit I want. I've found them to be very accomodating.
Read the item description because they give full disclosure of any allergens such as gluten free, dairy free, whatever else etc! Just make sure you read the labels!!
All yogurts are labeled as gluten free or not. Topping are a risk for CC. The only ones I use are the ones in bottles or shakers (roasted nuts) and syrups. Have never gotten sick from here. 👍
Flavors are clearly labeled gluten free. With toppings, I usually ask if I can scoop from a new one from the back because of the possibility of cross contamination with gluten toppings. The staff are always friendly and happy to help! One of my favorite dessert places!!!
I have only been to this location once, but also Dana Park and Chandler Fashion Center. The flavors aren't all that great IMO and once got sick after they recently changed out the flavors in the machines. All gf options are listed on machines, which is great. However, I doubt they clean the machines between flavor changes. chance of cc. also, yumberri on tatum and cactus has much better gf labeled flavors. however, I do not know if they clean machines in between flavor swaps as well.
Wonderful that they list gluten free on each flavor that is safe. Wish they were more consistent with their favors - some days there is no gluten free chocolate flavor. And label the toppings please!
Able to taste test all flavors. Gluten free flavors are clearly marked and there are many to choose from. I have been there several times and have not felt any problems from cross contamination.
There's some contamination risk since all the add-ins are stored/displayed together and there's a chance someone could drop some cookie crumbs into the strawberries, etc. Yogurt flavors are clearly labelled. Wasn't bad.
Frozen yogurt flavors are clearly marked with gluten status. Excellent selection of GF flavors. If you have any questions about any of the toppings, the staff is good about verifying GF status. Be aware that toppings are buffet style and risk of cross contamination exists.
Awesome! Each flavor has allergy information next to it; almost all the flavors were GF when I went (including "red velvet cupcake"). Be careful with the toppings because everything is so close together (I was fine) but the chocolate and caramel syrups were GF and in their own pumps so those are definitely safe.
