They have a couple things labeled GF on their menu, which is nice, but the cross contamination is high here. The griddle is used for gluten ingredients and it doesn't seem as if they change out utensils, so even if using a pan to cook, you're still taking a chance.
The coffee was good though :)

I watched the cook handle regular bread and then immediately handle my gluten free bun without washing his hands or putting on gloves. When I mentioned it, he offered to make another meal for me but I was so shocked at how nonchalant everyone there is about cross contamination. It seems they treat GF more as a fad than a necessity for the health of certain individuals.
The food was expensive for what it was and it was just okay. I wouldn’t go back unless absolutely necessary.

Great breakfast sandwich on a yummy gluten free bun. Very good.

The place was great! Plenty of gf choices and my breakfast sandwich was amazing! There is a menu board on the wall and the gluten free things are marked. Will be back soon to try other options and one of the fancier coffee drinks.

Casual breakfast/lunch space - the gluten free buns are very good. They have a drive-thru, too! You order at the counter and can watch them prepare your meal in the open kitchen.Knocking one star because everything is served in disposable containers. Will update as celiac friendly after my four-hour reaction window is done, but if there is cross-contamination it can't be much as I'd already know, immediately, post meal. (I am a very sensitive celiac.)
